1. Current free access

GenerateBizPlan is currently available as a free tool. If no payment was collected, there is no paid order to refund.

2. Future paid plans

When paid plans are enabled, the checkout page will show the price, scope and refund terms before purchase. This policy will be updated before paid checkout goes live.

3. Digital output

GenerateBizPlan creates AI-assisted digital business plan drafts. Because the output is generated and delivered immediately, refund eligibility may depend on whether paid access has already been used and on mandatory consumer rights in your country.

4. Technical problems

If a paid order is introduced and the service fails to deliver the purchased output because of a technical problem on our side, contact us and include the email used at checkout. We will either restore access, redeliver the output or issue a refund where appropriate.
